The reason for the earlier observation is that it’s 30 years since the first broadcast of Hitch-Hikers and Radio 4 worked over the old H2G2 game. So I pointed some friends at it, and wanted to point them to the brilliant SL forums alongside a recommendation to try the Starship Titanic game, if they hadn’t already. And – no forums. No site, even. Deep Sadness.

The Starlight Lines site is gone. Disappeared. Apparently no more. This has had the devastating effect of decreasing the average wonderfulness level of the planet by no less than 3,492 microchortles, which I’m sure you’ll agree warrants no less attention than Global Warming.
